Take professional imaging to the next level with the added detail of UltraHDR™ image captures. Three RAW images (taken at dramatically different exposures) are combined into one ultra detailed image. This allows for better post-processing, viewing images more crisply on ultra high-resolution displays and ultra detailed printing for marketing materials. Due to the nature of longer exposures, movement blur may also be captured.
RealLight™
Image Processing
Using an advanced proprietary processing technique, independent local corrections are made to exposure, color temperature, tint and more. This reduces unwanted features such as light pollution and shadow casting while also allowing for controlled saturation levels. The result is a premium image that achieves qualities closer to what a human eye sees in a more evenly lit and daylight balanced environment.

For commercial use of vacation rentals with marketing included! Unlimited web distribution. Decoration in a commercial or personal space. Printing up to 100,000 copies. Exclusivity rights are not included. Image and Commercial License can not be copied, transfered or sold. The photographer maintains all copyrights to the image and its use.

What is the best time for photos?
The best time for photos in Annapolis is generally a few hours before sunset, in the spring or summer, when flowers are bloomed and pools open.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
If the weather is looking unfavorable you can reschedule your photo session.
How long does a typical photo session last?
Sessions last between 1-6 hours with most sessions falling between 2-4 hours. It varies greatly, depending on the size of the rental, how ready each space is to be photographed (staging/cleaning) and the amount of amenities available.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
RealLight™ image processing typically takes 20-40 minutes per image. You can expect your final images delivered in 1-14 days, depending on the volume of images, the complexity of editing required and my current workflow load. Most of the time they are ready in 24-96 hours.
Do you travel outside Annapolis?
I exclusively serve the Annapolis area.
Do you offer video?
Not officially but I would like to build a new portfolio for this service. Contact me if you are interested.
Do you offer drone photography?
No. I currently don't have a valid license for operating a drone and therefor can't offer drone services.
Can a session be canceled?
Yes. There is no charge to cancel a session at this time.
